1. Services and written agreement
Gryndor Circuit offers project-based information technology support and planning focused on existing technology resources. The services are Technology Asset Organization, Software Inventory Review, Technology Lifecycle Planning and IT Asset Documentation. Work can involve structuring records, reviewing supplied lists, preparing review schedules and writing internal reference materials.
Before work begins, the parties approve a written proposal or statement of work describing the engagement. That document identifies the specific deliverables, starting information, record counts, fees, milestones, revision allowance and any agreed variation from these terms. A service is not purchased merely by viewing the site, chatting with the guide or completing the local project form.
2. Scope and starting project sizes
The published starting scope for Technology Asset Organization covers one business unit and up to 50 existing device or asset records. Software Inventory Review covers up to 35 listed applications in one business environment. Technology Lifecycle Planning covers up to 50 listed resources and one planning calendar. IT Asset Documentation covers up to 20 technology reference sheets and one inventory-maintenance procedure.
These limits define the starting prices and are not promises that every collection of that size requires the same work. Input quality, additional departments, unfamiliar file structures and extra deliverables may require a different proposal. The approved written scope controls the engagement. One consolidated revision round is included in the starting scopes unless the written proposal specifies otherwise.
3. Services outside the engagement
The listed services do not include cybersecurity monitoring, telecommunications, payment-processing services, server hosting, hardware manufacturing, financial technology services or management of client funds. They also do not by themselves include software procurement, installation, network scanning, physical verification of devices, penetration testing, incident response, license enforcement or a financial audit.
We do not take control of a client’s operational systems as part of an organization or documentation project. Any request for work beyond the written scope must be assessed separately. Work outside the company’s service boundaries is not created by a request, an informal discussion or a statement generated by the website guide.
4. Client authority and information
The client must identify a contact authorized to approve scope, supply information and coordinate review. The client is responsible for the right to share materials and for the accuracy, completeness and relevance of the records supplied. If several people contribute, the client should consolidate comments and resolve conflicting internal instructions.
Information may include existing device records, application lists, categories, ownership fields, known usage information, review priorities and internal procedures. Provide it through the channel agreed for the engagement. Do not provide passwords, access keys or unnecessary sensitive personal information. We may pause processing of an unsuitable file and ask for a reduced or corrected version.
5. Planning assumptions and dependencies
Documents and recommendations are based on the available information at the agreed review date. When information is missing, conflicting or unverified, we may identify the gap and state an assumption rather than treat it as a confirmed fact. The client must confirm operational details that cannot reasonably be established from the supplied records.
Software overlap does not necessarily mean an application should be removed. A listed resource’s age does not automatically establish its condition or replacement date. Vendor support, compatibility, licensing, employee use and business requirements may require additional review by the client or its relevant provider. The engagement is intended to improve the organization of information, not replace those decisions.
6. Schedule and delays
The project schedule is agreed after the scope and input requirements are understood. Work begins after approval of the written scope, receipt of the agreed initial payment and receipt of the required starting information. A proposed date is not a guaranteed deadline until the relevant conditions and milestone commitments are stated in writing.
Late inputs, unavailable reviewers, changed requirements or substantial inconsistencies can affect the schedule. We will identify a material dependency when reasonably apparent and discuss an updated plan. If the client places a project on hold, the restart date depends on available capacity and the condition of the records at restart. Fees for expanded work are agreed before it proceeds.
7. Review, corrections and revisions
The client reviews draft deliverables against the approved scope and provides one consolidated set of comments within ten business days of receipt, unless another period is agreed. Included revisions address scope-related corrections and reasonable clarification of the agreed materials. They do not include a new business unit, a different inventory, additional reference sheets or a redesigned project purpose.
A missed review window does not silently transfer responsibility for an identified defect or waive non-waivable rights. It may require an updated schedule for further review. Questions about an omission or error should identify the affected record or document and the relevant source information. New work or changed input data is handled through a written change in scope.
8. Document handover and use
Final deliverables are supplied in the editable file format stated in the proposal, with a readable PDF copy where appropriate. The handover explains the agreed document structure, relevant field definitions and maintenance procedure. The number of files and level of detail follow the approved scope rather than a general website illustration.
After the agreed fees are paid, the client may use the project-specific final documents for its internal business purposes. The client retains ownership of its supplied records. Gryndor Circuit retains rights in pre-existing methods, generic templates and general working materials, while allowing their use as included in the delivered documentation. Resale or public distribution of reusable templates requires separate permission.
9. Confidentiality and responsible handling
Each party should use non-public information received for the engagement only for the project and related administration, with access limited to people who need it. Information already public, independently developed, lawfully received elsewhere or required to be disclosed by law is treated according to those circumstances. An additional confidentiality agreement can be addressed in the proposal.
No project should depend on sharing credentials through a public website form or chat. The client should keep its own copies of source information and final deliverables. We may retain necessary contractual, invoice and project records for appropriate business or legal purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy. Specific return or deletion requirements must be agreed in the written scope.
10. Fees, cancellation and dispute resolution
The approved proposal identifies fees and payment dates. Unless it states a different arrangement, the project uses a 50% initial payment and 50% balance upon final delivery, with invoices due within fifteen calendar days. Payment details and cancellation adjustments follow the published Payment Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, subject to the written agreement and applicable law.
If a dispute arises, the parties should identify the particular deliverable, contractual term or invoice in question and seek a practical resolution. These terms do not guarantee business outcomes and do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Kentucky law applies subject to mandatory applicable law. A change to website terms does not retroactively expand a signed project scope.
